Microneedling is a safe, chemical-free treatment used to stimulate collagen growth at Premier Spa and Laser Center. When combined with radiofrequency, it helps to contour and tighten by providing heat that stimulates collagen production. Vivace RF Microneedling produces immediate results with minimal discomfort, virtually no pain, and no downtime.

The Vivace needle contains 36 insulated, gold-tipped needles with 31 depth settings. The robotic step motor creates fast, even insertions into the skin while the chevron-pattern circuitry for the 70-watt patterned RF distributes heat evenly to tighten skin across the face, reducing redness, hot spots, burning, and discomfort. Red and Blue LED are also used in the treatment. Red LED stimulates collagen and Blue LED disrupts acne bacteria.

The Treatment

It is a good idea to use a topical numbing agent. In doing so, the treatment feels like light pressure to the face with an occasional light sparking sensation. Ultherapy is used to tighten and lift the face, brow, décolleté, under the neck, and along the jawline through the utilization of focused pulsing heat energy. The ultrasound energy is directed precisely at the areas that need tightening. Ultherapy goes deeper than lasers that only improve the appearance of superficial skin layers; it affects the foundational layers, SMAS and Platysma. Unlike lasers, Ultherapy bypasses the surface of the skin to specifically target the deep tissues where collagen resides. The device allows precise targeting by producing an image of the skin and underlying connective tissue. This permits the optimal depth, temperature, and precision needed to generate new collagen and lift the skin.

The Procedure

Ultherapy is a nonsurgical alternative to a facelift. Preparation is minimal; you may maintain your regular eating, drinking, exercise, and work routines before and immediately after the procedure.
