Microneedling

Microneedling is a safe, chemical-free treatment to stimulate collagen growth. When combined with radiofrequency, it becomes the newest revolution in contouring and tightening for the face, neck, hands, and body, producing immediate results, minimal discomfort, virtually no pain, and no downtime.

The Science Behind Microneedling

CIT (Collagen Induction Therapy by Microneedling Multilevel RF     Vivace Newark Microneedling | Premier Spa & Laser Center

When applied to the skin, under topical anesthesia, sterile microneedles are used to create microscopic channels deep into the dermis of the skin that can stay open up to four to six hours. These tiny channels stimulate an individual’s own body to produce new collagen.

WHM (Wound Healing Mechanisms) by Multilevel RF Energy

Microneedle electrodes deliver bi-polar energy deep into the dermis without damaging the epidermis. Minimally invasive RF thermal energy creates fractional electrocoagulation in the dermis, which
facilitates a natural wound healing process. WHM promotes the remodeling of collagen,
elastin, and wound contraction, which enhances skin laxity.

Light Emitting Diode

Pulses of light activate skin cell to increase collagen production and moisture levels in the skin and improve skin tone and texture.

You may see results after one treatment, but for the most optimal results and benefits, we recommend a series of at least three treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart, with maintenance treatments throughout the year. Special package pricing is available. Each treatment can take up to an hour and possibly longer based on the treatment plan. We request you arrive 30 minutes before your treatment to apply a topical numbing agent. Your face should remain clean following the procedure since we have created small microchannels that could get clogged with dirt, debris, and makeup. We recommend waiting a full day before applying makeup. Certain topical creams such as glycolic and retinoids should not be used preceding and the following treatment for at least seven days.
